Taco Darlin: Your New Favorite Tacos in Wichita Falls

Taco Darlin is seriously a must visit! This locally owned spot is absolutely amazing. The tacos are to die for, and the whole vibe with the cool loft seating takes you straight to a trendy city spot. It’s super cute inside, making it the perfect hangout. Happy hour! Wow! It's hands down the best in town. Plus, they’re always hosting fun events. Like trivia nights and live music Thursdays. And don’t even get me started on their hip hop brunch! It’s such a blast. If you’re looking for good food, a fun atmosphere, and awesome events, Taco Darlin is the place!!!

A little spendy but the food was fantastic and full of flavor. The shake was not what I was expecting to see come out of the kitchen! Bonus points for style!

I really enjoyed the food! Place had a great vibe and everyone was super friendly. I ordered the chips and salsa and they were ok, the chips had something all ver then not normal. The tacos were excellent!! Each one had its own unique flavor. I ordered the king pow cow, honey sriracha and the Cuban. All 3 were excellent, I also ordered the totchos and man amazing. I would definitely come back and try some different tacos.

First time checkin' out Taco Darlin, this is absolutely a must try. If you are in search of traditional Mexican or Tex-Mex tacos, this is not the place for you, but if you are on the hunt for something different and unique...this is the place. WARNING! Portions are generous, bring an appetite.

Love their tacos. So many choices and all home made. First restaurant we ate after moving to Wichita Falls. Recommended highly from our local family who visited years ago when stationed here. They now live here as do we. I met the owners mother while up on Oklahoma. She is very proud of her daughter and we understand why. Go here, and then go again. Love em.

Super cute lunch spot with solid tacos, but a little on the pricey side at ~$6 each. That said, they were good tacos. Loved the mix of true Tex-Mex with both American and Mexican options on the menu. The margaritas were great, too! Service was attentive without being claustrophobic—friendly and helpful without hovering. Would definitely come back!

This is my “go to” place to bring visiting family and friends. I know some pretty picky people, but they have always loved your food AND raved about it! Month before last I brought a friend whose dad had been the manager for 40 years of one of the finest five-star restaurants in New York City. We sat there for three hours and he had six different tacos (along with your delicious Kimchi Fries, then the Bacon Ranch Fries) and absolutely adored them. If the height of your taste only includes old fashioned hard tacos with hamburger meat …go to Taco Bell. If you want fun and exciting flavor combinations and if you enjoy the unexpected- don’t skip Taco Darlin!

The Seared Tuna nachos were delicious. The dumplings were nice, crispy and flavorfull. The queso and chips were good. The Chipotle taco was good. The pork belly taco had a flour tortilla and french fries in it. It had too much sauce and was dripping with grease and sauce. The Smoked Turkey Salad Croissant was swimming in a heavy dressing which made the lettuce limp, and the croissant was greasy, which is a shame because if they had just put less dressing and not had a greasy croissant, it probably would have been very good. Our server, Iris was very friendly and knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. The atmosphere was fun. We will be back again to try some other things maybe just have them put the sauce on the side. Next time, we'll try the Thai salad, Magic Mushroom burger and brunch.
